Most of our items and custom string sets qualify for free shipping. We use the United States Postal Service for all shipping unless there's some special circumstances
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Custom bowstring sales are final and not eligible for return in most cases. If you think your situation should be eligible for return, reach out and we will do what we can to make the situation right. Any returns that are taken back are subject to a 25% restock fee
